
Ingredients:
1/3 cup pineapple juice
1 can (10-oz.) condensed beef broth
3 tablespoons cornstarch
2 cups cooked ham, cut into 1-in. cubes
1 can (1-lb. 4-oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
1 green pepper, cut into strips
1 small onion, thinly sliced
3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
2 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons vinegar
Preparation Method:
In 3-qt. casserole combine juice, broth and corn starch. Add ham, pineapple, green pepper, onion, mustard, brown sugar and vinegar. Cover. Microwave at High 14 to17 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.Serve over rice or crisp noodles. Makes 4 servings.

Ingredients:
4 strips bacon
2 cups cooked ham, cut into stirps
1 can (1-lb. 14-oz.) tomatoes
1 cup spaghetti, broken into 1-in. pieces
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation Method:
With scissors, snip bacon into 1-in. Pieces into 2-qt. casserole. Microwave at High 4 to 5 Minutes. Remove approximately half the fat.
Add ham, tomatoes, spaghetti, onion, green pepper, salt and pepper. Stir well. Cover. Microwave at High 18 to 20 Minutes, until spaghetti is tender, stirring after 8 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese. Microwave at High 1 to 2 Minutes, uncovered, until cheese is melted. Makes 6 servings.
