
Ingredients:
1 jar (10-oz.) current jelly
1/4 cup butter
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1/4 kentucky bourbon
Preparation Method:
In 1-qt. casserole place jelly. Microwave at High 4 to 5 mintues, stirring after 2 minutes, until hot and melted. Add butter, mustards, and bourbon, stirring well. Makes 6 to 8 servings.

Ingredients:
1 slice fully cooked ham, 1 to 2-in. thick
1 can (11-oz.) mandarin orange segments
1 can (8 1/4-oz.) crushed pineapple juice from fruits
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
Preparation Method:
Score or remove fat from ham. Depending on size o slice, place in 8-in. Square dish or 12×8x2-in. dish. Drain fruit, attractively over ham slice. Cover with over ham slice. Cover with wax paper. Microwave at High 10 to 15 Minutes.
Combine juice, sugar, cornstarch and cloves. Pour carefully over ham slice to avoid disturbing the arranged fruit. Rotate dish 1/2 turn. Cover. Microwave at High 8 to 12 Minutes, until hot. Spoon juice over fruit and serve. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
