Called Turkey Divan when made with the traditional Mornay Sauce. This makes a very nice luncheon or supper dish. A salad of tomato slices is a colorful acccompaniment.
Ingredients:
1 bunch (about 1 1/4-lb.) broccoli, cut in spears
8 large slices cooked turkey
1 recipe Mornay sauce, or cheese sauce
Preparation Method:
Microwave broccoli according to directions. Drian. In 12×8x2-in. dish or microwave ovenproof palatter arrange attractively.
Layer turkey slices over broccoli. Cover with sauce. Microwave at High 6 to 8 Minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn after 5 minutes. Makes 4 servings.

Ingredients:
4 strips bacon
4 slices toast
8 to 12 large slices turkey breast
4 slices tomato (1/4-in. thick)
1 recipe cheese sauce
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Preparation Method:
On paper plate lined with double thickness paper towels, arrange bacon. Cover with single thickness paper towel. Microwave at Medium High 2 1/2 to 3 minutes, until only partially cooked.
In 2 (7 to 9-in.) oval ar gratin dishes, divide toast, arranging to cover bottoms of dishes. Place 4 to 6 large slices turkey in each dish and top each with 2 tomato slices. Divide cheese sauce over sandwiches. Sprinkle tops of sandwiches with parmesan cheese. Arrange 2 slices partially cooked bacon over each sandwich.
Place dishes side by side in microwave oven. Cover with wax paper. Microwave at Medium High 7 to 9 minutes, rearranging dishes after 4 minutes, until hot. Makes 2 sandwiches.
