Boneless Chicken : ½ Kg
Cumin Seed Powder : 1 Tbsp
Chilli Powder : 1 ½ Tsp
Pepper Powder : 1 Tsp
Curd : ½ Cup
Turmeric Powder : ¼ Tsp
Rice Flour : ½ Cup
Corn Flour : ¼ Cup
Ginger Garlic Paste : 1 Tbsp
Salt : To Taste
Refined Oil : To Fry
This was a quick recipe I made with the medium spices but a great taste.
The kids at our home loved it and sure it will be same at your house too.
Wash the chicken well and drain the water well. Cut them into medium sized pieces.
Take a wide mouthed bowl, add turmeric powder, curd, ginger garlic paste and rice flour and mix well.
Add salt and Cumin seed powder. Mix well, then add Chilli Powder. Pepper Powder and Corn Flour and beat well.
You can add or reduce the corn flour as per the consistency required.
Add the cut chicken pieces and mix well. Close the lid with Film foil and deep freeze for an hour.
Take it out in an hour, fry them in low heat and serve.
