Barbecued Hawaiian Chicken

Arrange chicken, skin side up, in 10 x 6 x2 –inch baking dish. Micro-cook, covered, 15 minutes, giving dish a quarter turn every 3 minutes. Transfer chicken to barbecue grill and grill over hot coals for 5 minutes. Combine the preserves, salad dressing, and soup mix. Brush mixture over chicken. Grill till chicken is done, about 10 minutes more. Brush occasionally with preserves mixture and turn chicken until evenly browned. Makes 4 servings.
