
Item Required:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 6 boneless chicken breast halves, skinned and cut into ½ – inch cubes
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 (10 ¾ oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, snipped
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- ¼ teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 3 cups cooked rice
Preparation Method:
In 3-quart casserole, place butter, chicken and onion. Microwave at HIGH (10) 7 to 8 minutes, until chicken is no longer pink, stirring every 3 minutes. Add chicken soup, parsley, curry, seasoned salt, pepper and rice. Microwave at MEDIUM HIGH (7) 12 minutes; stir every 5 minutes. Microwave at HIGH (10) 8 minutes; stir after 4 minutes.
Total Microwave Cooking Time 27 to 28 Minutes
