
Items Required:
1 beaten egg
¾ cup soft bread crumbs (1 slice)
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
8 ounces ground fully cooked ham
2 tablespoons orange marmalade
Preparation Method:
Mix egg, crumbs, onion, and mustard. Add ham; mix well. In 9-inch glass pie plate shape mixture into two loaves, about 4 ½ x2 ½ -inches. Micro-cook, covered, 6 minutes, turning plate every two minutes. Spread each loaf with half the marmalade. Micro-cook, uncovered, till meat is done, about 1 minute longer. Serves 2
