Items Required:
- (2 ½ to 3 ½ Ib) chicken, cut up
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 (1 ¾ oz) pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 1 cup bottled Russian dressing
- 1 cup apricot-pineapple preserves
Preparation Method:
Arrange chicken in 2-quart oblong glass baking dish, with thickest meaty pieces to outside edges. In small mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, onion soup mix, dressing and preserves. Pour over chicken. Microwave at HIGH (10) 22 to 26 minutes.
Total Microwave Cooking Time 22 to 26 minutes
