Microwave Brownies Recipe

Items Required

1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2/3 cup vegetable oil
5 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Preparation Method

Combine the sugar and oil.

Stir in the eggs and vanilla.

Combine the flour, cocoa and salt.

Add to the egg mixture and stir until smooth.

Pour batter into a greased microwave safe 8×8 baking dish.

Cook on MED HIGH for 6 minutes.

Top with chocolate chips.

Cook for 2-4 more minutes.

Let stand to cool.
