Quick Chocolate Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 pkg. (6-oz.) semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup dairy half & half or milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla or rum extract

Preparation Method:

Into 1-pt. glass measure, measure syrup. Stir in chocolate and butter. Microwave at High 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 Minutes. Stir until completely smooth.

Blend in half & half and vanilla. Serve warm or cold. Makes about 1 12/ cups.
