Raisin-Filled Apples Recipe

Ingredients:

- 1/3 cup raisins
- ¼ cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 4 large baking apples, cored


Preparation Method:

Mix the first four ingredients. Peel off a strip around top o apples. Place apples in 10×6x2-inch baking dish; fill centers with nut mixture. Micro-cook, covered, till tender, 5 to 6 minutes; give dish a half turn twice. Let stand 15 minutes before servings. Serves 4.
