Denver brunch sandwich

Item required
8 slices bacon
6 eggs
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing 1/4 cup chopped pimento
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
Tomato slices

Setting: HIGH
1. Place bacon slices between paper napkin or papertowelsin 11/2-quart (10 x 6) glass baking dish.
2. MICROWAVE for 7 to 9 MINUTES or until bacon is crisp. Remove bacon; drain drippings; crumble ba¬con; set aside. Combine eggs, milk and mayonnaise in medium mixing bowl; beat well with rotary beater. Stir in bacon and remaining ingredients. Pour into baking dish; cover.
3. MICROWAVE for 5 to 6 MINUTES or until center is almost set. Garnish with tomato slices. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
4 to 6 Servings
TIP MICROWAVE on MEDIUM for 6 to 7 MINUTES in step 3.
