Item required
1 ham slice, cut 1 inch thick (21/4 lbs.) 1/2 cup whole cranberry sauce
1/2 orange, sliced and quartered
Whole cloves
Setting: DEFROST
1. Place ham slice in shallow glass baking dish or platter; cover.
2. MICROWAVE for 8 MINUTES. Spoon cranberry sauce overtop of ham. Insert a clove in each orange piece and arrange on cranberry sauce.
3. MICROWAVE for 3 to 4 MINUTES or until hot. 6 to 8 Servings
TIPS Cherry pie filling can be used for cranberry sauce.
• For other ham slice thicknesses cook: 1/2 inch thick — 5 minutes; then, 2 minutes.
11/2 inch thick — 10 minutes; then, 4 minutes. In-crease or decrease sauce as desired.
• MICROWAVE on MEDIUM for 6 MINUTES in step 2.
