Baked lentils

Baked lentils
1 cup (1/2 lb.) dry lentils, washed and sorted
3 cups water
2 slices bacon, cut into pieces
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chili sauce
1/4 cup molasses
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon prepared mustard

Settings: HIGH/DEFROST
1. Combine all ingredients in 3-quart glass cas
serole; cover.
2. MICROWAVE on HIGH for 10 MINUTES. Stir and recover.
3. MICROWAVE on DEFROST for 50 to 55 MIN¬UTES or until tender. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
5 to 6 Servings
TIP Water should be added, if necessary, during cooking time.
