Fried liver and bacon

Item required
2 slices bacon
1/2 lb. baby beef liver, cut in 3/8 inch slices

Setting: HIGH
1. Preheat microwave browning grill as directed in manufacturer’s instruction booklet.
2. Lightly grease grill by placing bacon on grill and turning several times. Place bacon along edge of grill. Arrange liver slices in center.
3. MICROWAVE for 1 MINUTE; turn liver over.
4. MICROWAVE for 11/2 to 2 MINUTES or until liver is desired doneness. If necessary, place bacon on paper towel and MICROWAVE for 15 to 30 SEC-ONDS or until desired crispness.
