Item required
1 lb. boneless veal cubes
1 package (1B oz-) brown gravy mix
1 medium onion (2 cup). chopped
2 stalks celery. chopped
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour 11/2 cups water
1/4 cup sherry
1 teaspoon paprika
1’2 teaspoon salt
1,8 teaspoon instant minced garlic or 1 clove garlic. minced
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Settings: HIGH DEFROST
1. In ‘- 2 c, 2-quart glass casserole, combine veal, gravy — x. onion and celery.
2. MICROWAVE on HIGH for 5 MINUTES. Stir in remaining ingredients, mixing well; cover.
3. MICROWAVE on DEFROST for 15 to 18 MIN-UTES or until veal is done, stirring occasionally. Let stand a few minutes before serving over noodles or potatoes.
3 to 4 Servings
TIPS Sherry can be omitted, increasing water to 13/4 cups.
• MICROWAVE on MEDIUM for 12 to 15 MINUTES in step 3.
