<p>In large mixing bowl, beat egg and buttermilk together. Add flour, cereal, brown sugar, baking soda, salt, oil, vanilla, raisins and walnuts; stir to blend. Let batter stand 5 minutes. Spoon into paper-lined, microwave safe muffin pan, filling each cup about half full. Microwave at HIGH (10) 3 to 3 1/2 minutes. Rotate pan 1/4 turn after 1 1/2 minutes. Repeat with remaining batter.</p>

<p><strong>Preparation Method:</strong></p>
<p>Line bottom of 9-inch round baking dish with wax paper. Place a small drinking glass, right side up, in center of dish.</p>
<p>In small mixing bowl, place butter. Microwave at HIGH (10) 35 to 50 seconds until butter melts. Stir in cranberry sauce, egg, 2 tablespoons granulated sugar and cinnamon. Mix well. Spread over cranberry mixture. Microwave at MEDIUM HIGH (7) 6 minutes. Rotate dish 1/4 turn after 3 minutes.</p>
<p>Continue microwaving at HIGH (10) 4 to 6 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched. Rotate dish 1/4 turn after 2 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes. Invent onto serving plate. Cool slightly.</p>
<p>In small bowl, combine powdered sugar, vanilla and butter flavoring. Stir in enough water to make desired consistency. Drizzle over cake.</p>
<p>		<strong>Total Microwave Cooking Time 10 Minutes 35 Seconds to 12 Minutes 50 Seconds Makes 6 to 8 servings</strong></p>

<p>In a large mixing bowl, stir together cornmeal, whole wheat flour, rye flour, soda and salt. Add molasses, buttermilk and raisins. Stir thoroughly.</p>
<p>Grease a 2-quart casserole. Place a small drinking glass, right side up, in center. Pour mixture evenly around glass. Cover dish tightly with plastic wrap. Microwave at MEDIUM (5) 17 to 21 minutes. Rotate dish 1/4 turn every 6 minutes. Unmold and let stand 10 minutes before slicing.</p>

Pour into wax paper lined 9-inch round baking dish. Microwave at MEDIUM (5) to 6 to 9 minutes. Rotate dish 1/4 turn every 3 minutes.</p>
<p>In small mixing bowl, combine 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup nuts, 2 tablespoons flour and cinnamon . Cut butter into dry ingredients until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle on cake. Microwave at HIGH (10) 5 to 7 minutes until center springs back when lightly touched. Rotate dish 1/4 turn after 3 minutes. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes.</p>

In 2-quart casserole, combine chocolate and 4 tablespoons butter. Microwave at HIGH (10) 2 to 3 minutes until melted. Add granulated sugar, water, egg, vanilla, flour, baking powder and pecans. Mix well. Spread mixture evenly over oat mixture. Microwave at MEDIUM (5) 5 to 7 minutes. Rotate dish 1/4 turn after2 minutes. Let cool. Frost with chocolate Frosting</p>
<p>Chocolate Frosting: In 1-quart casserole, combine chocolate and butter. Microwave at HIGH (10) 2 to 3 minutes until melted. Add powdered sugar and almond extract. Add hot water, 1tablespoon at a time, until frosting is spreadable.</p>
<p>		<strong>Total Microwave Cooking Time 14 to 20 Minutes<br />
		Makes about 2 dozen bars</strong></p>

Preparation Method:</strong></p>
<p>In 1 1/2-quart casserole, combine sugar and syrup. Microwave at HIGH (10) 4 minutes. Add peanuts. Microwave at HIGH (10) 5 to 7 minutes, until peanuts are light brown, stirring every 2 minutes. Add butter and vanilla; stir well. Add baking soda and gently stir until light and foamy. Pour mixture onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Let cool 30 minutes to 1 hour. When cool, break into small pieces.</p>

- 1 (15 oz.) can pineapple slices, drained<br />
- 1/3 cup raisins<br />
- 1 (16 oz.) jar maraschino cherries, drained<br />
- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed<br />
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon<br />
- 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour<br />
- 1 tablespoon angostura bitters</p>

<p><strong>Preparation Method:</strong></p>
<p>Grate rind of orange and lemon; peel and slice. In 2-quart oblong glass baking dish, layer orange slices, lemon slices, peaches, pears, apricots, pineapple, raisins and maraschino cherries.</p>
<p>In small mixing bowl, combine orange and lemon rind, brown sugar, cinnamon, flour and angostura bitters; mix well and sprinkle over fruit. Microwave at HIGH (10) 8 to 12 minutes until bubbly. Serve warm.</p>
