<p><strong>Preparation Method</strong></p>
<p>Place the bacon and margarine in a large bowl and microwave on high for 2 minutes. </p>
<p>Add the lentils and toss to coat them in the fat, then add the leek, carrots and stock.</p>
<p>Cover and microwave on high for 18 minutes or until the lentils are cooked. </p>
<p>Stir two or three during the cooking time.</p>
<p>Cool slightly, then puree the soup in a blender or food processor. </p>
<p>Add the parsley, season and microwave on high for 2-3 minutes or until hot. </p>
<p>Garnish with orange shreds and serve. </p>
<p><strong>Serves: 6 people.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Preparation Method</strong></p>
<p>Take a 6-quart pot and put the bacon grease into it. Place over high heat.</p>
<p>Add a popcorn kernel or two to check whether the bacon grease is hot.</p>
<p>Once the kernels pops, add the rest and cover the pot with a lid.</p>
<p>Shake the pot back and forth to ensure that the un-popped kernels pop.</p>
<p>Once the popping slows down, remove the quart pot from the heat and set aside, for the kernels to finish popping.</p>
<p>Transfer the popcorn into a large bowl and season with the salt.</p>
<p>Toss it together with bacon bits.</p>
<p>Grate the cheddar cheese and sprinkle this on top of the popcorn and toss well.</p>
<p><strong>Serves 10.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Preparation Method</strong></p>
<p>Place bacon between paper towels and microwave until crisp (about 3 minutes).</p>
<p>Food Processor: Add all dry ingredients to bowl of food processor; pulse until mixed. </p>
<p>Add egg, oil and milk. Process 20 seconds. Add bacon, cheese and peppers. Process 10 seconds.</p>
<p>Mixer Method: Beat together egg, milk and oil in a 2 cup measuring cup. In mixing bowl, combine flour, cheese, sugar, baking powder, and salt. </p>
<p>Mix. On low speed, slowly pour in milk mixture. Crumble bacon and add; stir in chopped peppers.</p>
<p>Microwave in oiled silicone muffin cups (or other microwave safe muffin pans lined with paper) until no longer doughy in center and fully cooked through (about 2-4 minutes, but this varies according to the microwave being used). The muffin cups should be filled until 2/3 full.</p>

1.	Place bacon slices between paper napkin or papertowelsin 11/2-quart (10 x 6) glass baking dish.<br />
2.	MICROWAVE for 7 to 9 MINUTES or until bacon is crisp. Remove bacon; drain drippings; crumble ba¬con; set aside. Combine eggs, milk and mayonnaise in medium mixing bowl; beat well with rotary beater. Stir in bacon and remaining ingredients. Pour into baking dish; cover.<br />
3.	MICROWAVE for 5 to 6 MINUTES or until center is almost set. Garnish with tomato slices. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.<br />

2 tablespoons sugar<br />
1 tablespoon flour<br />
1/4 cup water<br />
1/4 cup white vinegar<br />
1 ring (12 oz.) bologna</p>

<p><strong>Setting: HIGH</strong><br />
1.	Place bacon in 2-quart glass casserole; cover.<br />
2.	MICROWAVE for 21/2 to 3 MINUTES or until crisp. Remove bacon, leaving extra drippings in cas¬serole. Add potatoes and 12/3 cups water; cover.<br />
3.	MICROWAVE for 6 MINUTES. Stir in crumbled bacon and remaining ingredients except bologna, mixing well. Arrange evenly in casserole. Top with ring of bologna; recover.<br />
4.	MICROWAVE for 41/2 to 5 MINUTES. 3 to 4 Servings<br />
TIPS If desired, use 12 oz. (3/4 lb.) wieners for bologna. For best heating, arrange spoke fashion around edge of casserole, cutting in half crosswise if necessary. Since wieners are smaller than bologna, reduce final cooking period to 3 minutes.<br />
* MICROWAVE on MEDIUM for 6 to 7 MINUTES in step 4.</p>
