<p><strong>Setting: HIGH</strong><br />
1. Combine eggplant, onion, green pepper, mush¬room, garlic and oil in 2-quart glass casserole; mix well. Cover with glass lid.<br />
2.    MICROWAVE for 8 MINUTES. Stir in remaining ingredients. Recover.<br />
3.    MICROWAVE for 10 to 12 MINUTES or until eggplant is tender-crisp. Serve hot over fluffy white rice, green noodles, or cold as an appetizer with corn chips.<br />
4 Servings<br />
TIP MICROWAVE on MEDIUM for 10 MINUTES in step 2 and 15 to 18 MINUTES in step 3.</p>

1.	In &#8216;- 2 c, 2-quart glass casserole, combine veal, gravy — x. onion and celery.<br />
2.	MICROWAVE on HIGH for 5 MINUTES. Stir in remaining ingredients, mixing well; cover.<br />
3.	MICROWAVE on DEFROST for 15 to 18 MIN-UTES or until veal is done, stirring occasionally. Let stand a few minutes before serving over noodles or potatoes.<br />
3 to 4 Servings<br />
TIPS Sherry can be omitted, increasing water to 13/4 cups.<br />
• MICROWAVE on MEDIUM for 12 to 15 MINUTES in step 3.</p>

1.    Combine all ingredients, except noodles, in 3-quart glass casserole. Cover with glass lid or plas¬tic wrap.<br />
2.    MICROWAVE on HIGH for 15 MINUTES. Turn chicken pieces over.<br />
3.    MICROWAVE on DEFROST for 50 to 60 MINUTES or until chicken is fork tender. Remove chicken from broth; stir in noodles; recover, and MICROWAVE on DEFROST for 10 to 12 MINUTES or until noodles are tender. Remove chicken from bones. Return chicken meat to broth; recover, and MICROWAVE on DE¬FROST for 3 to 4 MINUTES or until hot. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.</p>
