2 tablespoons better or margarine<br />
1 pound boneless pork, cut in small cubes<br />
1 1/2 cups sliced celery<br />
1 cup chopped onion<br />
1 cup chicken broth<br />
1 tablespoon molasses<br />
1/4 cup soy sauce<br />
2 tablespoons cornstarch<br />
1 16-ounce can bean sprouts, drained chow mein noodles</p>

<p><strong>Preparation method</strong><br />
1.In 2-quart casserole micro-melt the butter 30 to 40 seconds; add pork, celery, and onion.<br />
2.Micro-cook, uncovered, till meat is cooked and vegetables are tender, about 12 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes.<br />
3.Stir in both and mosalasses.<br />
4.Stir soy into cornstarch; blend into pork mixture.<br />
5.Cook, uncovered, till thickened and bubbly, about 2 1/2 to 3 minutes, stirring after each minute.<br />
6.Stir in sprouts.Cook, uncovered, till hot, about 1 1/2 minutes, stirring twice.Serve over noodles.<br />
<strong>Serves 4.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Settings: HIGH/DEFROST</strong><br />
1.	In 2 or 21/2-quart glass casserole combine water, cornmeal and salt.<br />
2.	MICROWAVE on HIGH for 4 to 5 MINUTES until mixture boils, stirring occasionally. Add molasses and butter; cool to lukewarm.<br />
3.	Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir into lukewarm cornmeal mixture. Mix in flour until well combined.<br />
4.	Arrange evenly in casserole. Rub top with oil or softened butter. Cover casserole (allowing space for bread to rise) and refrigerate overnight.<br />
5.	Next day, remove from refrigerator and MICRO-WAVE on DEFROST for 12 to 15 MINUTES or until no doughy spots remain. Cool 5 minutes in casserole; turn out of pan and cool completely.<br />

1.	Combine all ingredients in 3-quart glass cas<br />

2.	MICROWAVE on HIGH for 10 MINUTES. Stir and recover.<br />
3.	MICROWAVE on DEFROST for 50 to 55 MIN¬UTES or until tender. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.<br />
5 to 6 Servings<br />
<strong>TIP</strong> Water should be added, if necessary, during cooking time.</p>
