<p><strong>Settings: DEFROST/HIGH</strong><br />
1.	Place fish sticks on glass plate in spoke fashion.<br />
2.	MICROWAVE on DEFROST for 2 MINUTES. Spread buns with tartar sauce. Place 2 fish sticks on each bun. Arrange on paper towel in oven.<br />
3.	MICROWAVE on HIGH until heated through:<br />
1 fishwich — 45 to 60 SECONDS<br />
2 fishwiches-1 to 11/2 MINUTES 4 fishwiches — 2112 to 3 MINUTES<br />
<strong>TIPS</strong> A thin sliced piece of American cheese, cut the shape of the bun, can be placed on top of fish sticks in buns. Increase cooking time to 1 minute, 40 seconds or until cheese melts.<br />
•	Fishwiches are good served with coleslaw or add some to filling after heating.</p>
