Hot Shrimp cheese dip

This is a great dip! I buttered little french bread rounds and grilled them.This “Hot shrimp cheese dips” and popular spreads for parties and holidays. Also several dips for crockpot or slow cooker.
Items required
1 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
2 tablespoons chopped onion
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 10 3/4-ounce can condenced cream of shrimp soup
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 4 1/4-ounce can tiny shrimp, drained
1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
6 or 7 drops bottled hot pepper sauce
Unsalted crackers and vegetable dippers

Preparation method
1.In a 1 1/2-qt casserole micro-cook mushrooms and onions in a butter or margarine, uncovered, on 100% (High) 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 minutes, strring after 2 minutes.
2.Drain. Stir in soup, cheese, shrimp, parsley, garlic powder, paprika, and hot pepper sauce.
3.Micro-cook, uncovered, on 100% (High) 4-6 minutes or until cheese is melted and mixture is hot, stirring every 2 minutes.
4.Serve hot with unsalted crackers and vegetable dippers.
Makes 2 cups.
