Onion-Cauliflower Bake
Ingredients:

- 1 10-ounce package frozen cauliflower
- 1 10 –ounce package frozen onions in cream sauce
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/2 cup shredded American cheese (2 ounces)
- 1 tablespoon snipped parsley

Preparation Method:

In 1 ½ -quart casserole micro-defrost frozen cauliflower, covered, about 4 minutes, breaking apart cauliflower block with a fork twice. Cut up large cauliflower pieces; return all to casserole. Add frozen onions in cream sauce and water to cauliflower. Micro-cook, covered, till done, 8 to 9 minutes, stirring three times. Stir in cheese; micro-cook, covered, for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring twice to melt cheese. Garnish with parsley. Makes 6 servings.
