6 pork cubed steaks (1 ½ pounds)
1 envelope brown gravy mix
¼ cup packed brown sugar
1 20-ounce can pie sliced apples
¼ cup chopped celery
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 teaspoon instant minced onion
1 ½ cups herb-seasoned stuffing mix
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup hot water

Preparation Method:

Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper; arrange in 12×7 ½ x2-inch baking dish. Set aside. In bowl combine gravy mix and sugar; break up lumps. Stir in undrained apples; spoon over meat.

In bowl micro-cook celery in butter, covered, till tender, about 2 ½ minutes. Stir in onion; let stand 2 minutes. Add stuffing mix and salt; toss with the water till moistened. Set aside. Micro-cook steaks, covered, 13 minutes, giving dish a half turn after 9 minutes. Stir sauce around meat. Sprinkle stuffing over meat. Micro-cook, covered, till pork is done, about 5 minutes longer.
