Here’s a hot potato salad turned into a main dish with sauerkraut and cocktail franks.
4 cups prepared potato salad
1 cup drained sauerkaut
1/2 lb. cocktail franks
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon caraway seed
Paprika
Setting : HIGH
1.In 1 1/2 or 2-quart glass casserole, combine all ingredients except paprika; cover.
2.Microwave for 7 to 8 minutes or until hot, stirring once. Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
Tip : Microwave on medium for 9 to 10 minutes in step 2.
