The prawn recipe is very easy to cook due to cooked on microwave. It is very delicious food item to all.
Item required
20 g ghee
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon curry powder
250 g fresh tomatoes, peeled and
chopped
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
500 g cooked prawns
Preparation method
1 Peel prawns leaving tails intact, remove back vein.
2 Melt ghee in a frying pan, saute onion and garlic until onion is tender. Add curry powder, saute 2 minutes.
3 Add tomatoes and lemon juice. Cover, bring to the boil, reduce heat to low, simmer for 10 minutes or until tomatoes are pulpy.
4 Add prawns, continue cooking until prawns are heated through.
