Hollandaise sauce

Item required
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup light cream
2 egg yolks, beaten
1 tablespoon lemon juice or vinegar 1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

Setting: HIGH
1.In 2-cup glass measure, MICROWAVE for 30 SECONDS. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
2.MICROWAVE for 1 to 1112 MINUTES or until thickened, stirring every 15 SECONDS. Remove and beat until light.
2/3 Cup Sauce
TIPS If sauce curdles, it is overcooked.
For half a recipe, use half the ingredient amounts, MICROWAVE in 1 -cup measure for 30 SECONDS.
MICROWAVE on MEDIUM for 11/2 to 2 MINUTES.
