Vegetable-Cream Soup

Ingredients:

- ½ cup chopped celery
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 10 ¾ -ounce can condensed cream of mushrooms soup
- 1 10 ¾ -ounce can condensed vegetable soup
- 1 soup can milk (1 ¼ cups)
- ¼ teaspoon seasoned salt
- ½ cup dairy sour cream
- 2 tablespoons snipped parsley

Preparation Method:

In a 1 ½ -quart casserole combine celery, onion, and water. Micro-cook, covered, till vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes. Blend in soups, milk, and seasoned salt. Micro-cook, covered, just till boiling, 6 ½ to 7 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes. Blend in sour cream; micro-cook, cook, covered, about 30 seconds.

To serve, sprinkle each serving with a little snipped parsley. Makes 4 servings.
