Ingredients:
1 can (10 1/2-oz.) condensed cream of shrimp soup
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons instant minced onion
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 cup (8-oz.) dairy sour cream
2 cans (4 1/2-oz. each) shrimp, drained and rinsed chopped egg or crumbled bacon (optional)
Preparation Method:
In 1 1/2-qt. casserole combine soup, butter, onion, curry powder and sour cream. Microwave at High 5 Minutes, uncovered, or until sauce bubbles around edges .
Stir in shrimp. Microwave at High 2 or 3 Minutes, until hot. Garnish with egg or bacon, if desired. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
