Turkey Goulash Recipe
The 2 tablespoons paprika gives a distinctive mellow flavor.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup butter
2 large onions, thinly sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
3 cups cooked, cubed turkey
1 1/2 cups turkey or chicken broth
1 can (8-oz.)., tomato sauce
2 tablespoons paprika
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup (8-oz.) dairy sour cream

Preparation Method:

In 2-qt casserole place butter, onions and garlic. Microwave at High 5 to 6 minutes, stirring after 3 minutes, until onion is limp.

Add turkey, broth, tomato sauce, paprika, salt and pepper. Cover. Microwave at High 7 to 9 Minutes, Stirring after 4 minutes, until hot.

Stir sour cream into hot mixture just before serving. Serve over rice or noodles. Makes 6 servings.
