Scalloped ham ‘N’ cabbage

Item required
4 cups (1/2 med. head) shredded cabbage
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon caraway seed or 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup milk
3 cups (1 lb.) cubed cooked ham French-fried onion rings, if desired

Settings: HIGH/DEFROST
1. In 2-quart glass casserole, mix cabbage with flour and caraway seed. Stir in milk and ham; cover.
2. MICROWAVE on HIGH for 5 MINUTES.
3. MICROWAVE on DEFROST for 10 to 12 MIN-UTES or until cabbage is desired doneness. Top with onion rings just before serving.
4 to 5 Servings
TIP MICROWAVE on MEDIUM for a total time of 12 to 14 MINUTES.
