11/2 lbs. Canadian-style bacon 1/4 cup orange marmalade Dash dry mustard
Setting: DEFROST
1. Cut bacon into 8 slices (about 1/2 inch thick). Place in 2-quart (12 x 7) glass baking dish. Spread about 1 teaspoon marmalade on each slice. Sprinkle with dry mustard.
2. MICROWAVE for 12 to 15 MINUTES or until hot. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
