Orange glazed luncheon loaf

Item required
1 can (12 oz.) luncheon meat
4 thin orange slices, cut in half
8 whole cloves
1/4 cup orange marmalade
1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
1/s teaspoon dry mustard or 1/4 teaspoon prepared mustard

Setting: HIGH
1. Place meat in 2-quart (8 x 8 ) or 11/2-cluart (8-inch round) glass baking dish. Cut half way through meat into 8 slices. Insert orange slice between each slice and clove in top of each slice.
2. In 1-cup glass measure, combine orange mar-malade, flour and mustard.
3. MICROWAVE for 1 MINUTE. Stir and spread over meat. Cover loosely with wax paper.
4. MICROWAVE for 5 to 6 MINUTES or until glaze begins to bubble around edges.
4 Servings
TIPS Pineapple slices, cut in half may be used for orange slices.
• MICROWAVE on MEDIUM for 7 to 8 MINUTES in step 4.
